Born and raised in New York, Rita has called the vibrant community of Harlem her home for nearly 30 years. Her passion for NYC inspired her dream of becoming a licensed real estate agent, to have the opportunity to help people either start their lives or build their portfolio with a home and real estate investment. 

Either through sales or rentals, wherever the location in Manhattan, the confidence she sees when her clients get their keys is very rewarding and attests to a job done well. Before joining EXP Realty, she gained experience helping her family with budgeting and restoring their homes. Patience, dedication, and tenacity are the qualities that endear her to her clients. 

“A business and professional support history enhanced my commitment to securing relationships, strengthening communities, and developing investments.” In her former profession, Rita was a retail sales assistant manager, a retail consultant, and an assistant to a small tutorial company. Driven by her entrepreneurial spirit, Rita has a deep interest in investing and consulting. 

Rita is studying for a business degree at Excelsior College. She is a firm supporter of small business alliances and mental health organizations. She loves the pleasures of music, dancing, and reading in her free time.
